化胶罐是软胶囊生产中胶皮制备的关键设备，化胶质量的好坏、化胶效率的高低直接影响软胶囊的质量和软胶囊车间生产效率。
水浴式化胶罐可有效提高成品胶品质，防止过温糊胶废胶。
本设备采用热水循环加热保温型真空化胶罐，罐体（内胆、夹套、保温套）封闭式保温型三层结构，搅拌总成配卧式减速机单向多层搅拌桨旋转，人孔（投料口）采用快开式。
本罐具有内外光亮平滑、拆装清洗方便、洁净度高、机能运转平稳、真空度及保温性能良好等优点。温度表、真空表、清洗球、保温阀等配套齐全，材质（除减速机外）其余304不锈钢材料。
